Charlie enjoys coaching the next generation of upcoming catchers. On her one day off per week, Charlie works with the 12U all-star catchers at Rancho Trabuco Girls Softball in California. Charlie instructs these catchers on proper catching technique, field and pitcher management, working with umpires, and confident attitudes.
Charlie starts with building a solid foundation with her students both physically and mentally and guides them toward growth while simultaneously challenging and encouraging each player.
